Challenge
Solar installers prepared quotes manually in spreadsheets — hours of work and error-prone pricing. There was no single place tying together the quote, installation and monitoring.
Solution
I designed and built a SaaS platform that takes an installation from a quote configurator, through the installation schedule, to an energy-production dashboard — all in real time, with roles for the team and the client.
Result
Quote preparation dropped from hours to a few minutes, and end clients got a clear view of their yields. Lumen now handles hundreds of installations a month.
